I've been really working on my coloring, lately! Now, I have a bunch of images & nothing to do with them. After visiting with some of my fellow coloring friends, I tried a new tactic. I picked out a card idea that I liked thinking through the stamps (digi & physical) that I had or wanted to use. Then, I went to my paper stash to choose some papers. For these first few cards, I have chosen to use papers left over from paper kits that I bought from Close To My Heart YEARS AGO! Probably close to 10 years ago. I've gotten lots of good use out of these kits but still had plenty of paper left. That's one of the things I love most about card making. You can use small scraps that are left over to make adorable cards!
Over the next couple of days, I'm going to share some cards that I've done! I hope that you enjoy them. When possible, I will add product links so that you can purchase the products, too. And, if you see a card that you like, I can say pretty certainly that I will sell it to you!
With all that said, are you ready for the first one? Here goes!
This adorable stamp is part of a 6-piece set by Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! There are two bears and 4 phrases. It's so versatile because it can be for boy or girls! I geared this one toward girls just by using pink and brown papers and coloring the bear and the pillow using coordinating pink and brown. KKS is one of my new favorite stamp company's!
I saw this technique of stamping the image or a coordinating image on the inside from one of the groups I'm in on Facebook. I thought it was a such a fun idea that I gave it a shot! I think it turned out great!
I used my Copic markers to color this little cutie up!
