Hey there today I am sharing a card I made using a set called Mermaid Party. I absolutely love this set..The images are ADORABLE.. I also used the set called C.C Designs Underwater Scene. First step I created the background with Distress Inks and a Stencil. I proceeded to stamp out the images onto White Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Using Versa Mark Embossing Ink I stamped out the saying. I then took White Embossing Powder and my Heat Tool. I colored with Prisma Pencils and put all of the elements together.
